"OIL CAPITAL OF MICHIGAN"

At the Present Time, Federal Oil Company is in the process of developing and drilling the State-Wexford & Borak #1-6 located in the prolific Northwest Michigan Niagaran Reef Trend. Located along this trend there are over 800 oil and gas Niagaran Reef wells. This well is being drilled to a depth of over 6000 feet. Federal Oil has high hopes of encountering a good productive oil and gas well!

Federal Oil has finished drilling and logging the Borak 1-6 at a total depth of 6225 feet. After reviewing the logs taken, Federal encountered more than 390 feet of Brown Niagaran Reef, with over 100 feet of a gross pay section. A bottom hole pressure test was than taken with good results. Production casing (5 1/2 inch) is being set to bottom. Results at this time look very encouraging that Federal Oil will have another successful well.

Federal Oil began completion by stimulating a 28 foot zone with 3000 gallons of 28% HCL acid. After swabbing the well briefly, it began flowing back 100% oil with gas and no water. Ran a production test over a twenty hour period with encouraging results. It was producing at a rate of 39 (thirty nine) barrels per hour on a twenty choke equated to 936 barrels of oil per day with estimated 200 mcf gas. Early indications are that the well looks very strong so it was shut in. After evaluating all the test results, we are in the process of designing a production facility to handle this successful venture by Ed Ososki of Federal Oil Company.
